Linda Kogel, attorney at law, in Vermillion South Dakota has filed a Motion with the Court to remove a website she and her cliend do not like. To paraphrase that Wagner be ordered to cease and desist posting any information regarding CIV 97-597. In other words don't post court records which are public documents. Her client and her don't want the public to be aware of facts involving the SD Courts and the Judges ability to make law and ignore laws if they choose. Google southdakotagov weblog to view.

Case in point a pedophile's parole officer testifed the person molested more than one child, but apparently was plea bargined down to one count. He did his time, did counseling and such. What Linda Kogel faild to tell the Court was his arrest for domestic violence and $1000 bail. Would would assume it was serious.The sex offender has minor children living with him. The Court ruled that since he prefers younger girls, the older minors would not fear him. He has convictions for child molesting and domestic violence while her client has been found to have commit child abuse and convictions for domestic violence. Both have judgments against them, Again Court records. Ideal grown ups to be raising minor girls the Judge and Linda Kogel say. I suppose as long as it is not their children. Child protection will not issue any reports about what is going on, even if sub penaed. Laws don't apply to child protection and certianly not sub peonas.

Linda Kogel asked the Court to violate my First Amendment Rights, which is clearly illegal, while committing perjury. Why not she is not accountable the the federal government does not protect an individuals rights. Even though you are supposed too.

A pedophile and a child abuser are good role models because the minors are too old for his tastes?

You really believe that? South Dakota Courts, child services and law enforcement do.
