It is time to end the tyranny! Get Rid of the IRS.

Dear Senator Saxby Chambliss:

First of all, I would like to thank you and our Georgia Representatives in Congress for supporting conservative principles. I am writing you to tell you about a problem I am having. You see, there is a group of people who are extorting money from me, my family, and my community. They are taking somewhere between 30 and 40 percent of my income. These people tell me that if I continue to do so, they will take care of me. They will provide for my welfare when I get older. On the other hand, they tell me if I don’t pay the extortion money, they may come take the rest of my money, or even worse, throw me in chains! The harder I work, the more they take!

This extortion apparently started long before I was born. My grandparents told me that it was not always like this. They told me that the extortion started around 1913. The people, who are now extorting money from me, were not seen as extortionists by my grandparents. You see, my parents, and my grandparents, only had to pay the extortionists a small percentage of what I have to pay today. My great-grandparents did not pay the extortionists. These extortionists started collecting the money when my grandparents were young and were starting families.

In the beginning, the extortionist only extorted money from ‘rich’ people. My grandparents did not seem to mind this too much. When my grandparents were about 30 years old, these extortionists started a ponzi scheme. Then when my grandparents were 60+, these same extortionists started another ponzi scheme. Again, my grandparents did not mind as they only paid a small percentage of money to the extortionists. Also, you have to understand, my grandparents did not know it was a ponzi scheme at the time. No one knew back then. They trusted these extortionists. You see my grandparents were God fearing farmers, miners, soldiers, you know, tough people! My grandmother told me that my grandfather received ‘assistance’ twice during the ‘great depression’. The ‘assistance’ was 2 bags of flour. Since they had a farm, they only needed ‘flour’ to make biscuits, etc.

Until recently, I thought it was normal to pay this extortion money. But now, looking back at old newspapers and journals we see the evidence. You see my grandparents and parents fought against these same type people. They called those extortionists, communists. Now, we find that the extortionists have been taking the money that we gave to them to hold for us in the future. Don’t get me wrong, some people have been helped, but at the same time, we find that people who did not work, or people from foreign countries are getting money from the extortionists. They claim they are helping these people in our behalf. Before, we use to rely on family and our communities during tough times. But not anymore, no one has any money because these extortionists keep taking more and more money to perpetuate the scheme.

Now, a lot of people are paying this extortion, but we find that some people have figured out how to beat the scheme by hiding their money (cash) and not sharing like the rest of us. We also find that some of the extortionists themselves are taking the money, cooking the books, not being honest about how the money is being used. There appears to be more and more people that are benefiting from this extortion. These people are starting to act like the Kings and Queens in Europe.

Our Founding Fathers warned us about this. They told us to be careful, to be vigilante, to make sure we do not become servants like our forefathers that existed in Europe.

These extortionists bend the words of our Constitution.

These extortionists are growing in numbers. The more they grow, the more they take. The more reasons they justify taking our money, our time, and ultimately our lives.

History is on our side. You see these extortionists are what you might call Progressives. These progressives have managed to turn us from a nation of wealth to a nation of debt. In the last 96 years, the Progressives have managed to squander the wealth created in the first 115 years. There have been 5 generations of Bennett’s from 1776 till 1913. There has only been 3 generations since 1913. Look where we are now!

I am writing to tell you that I will no longer support the extortion! Hell will freeze over before I become part of any sort of Communist, Marxist, and Socialist Government. You will have to lock my sorry you know what up!

Our government has many protection mechanisms. The Congress, Judicial, and Executive branches of the government have failed to protect us from the extortionists. You see, because they are the extortionists! So, what do you do when the fox is in the hen house? You invoke the “We the People” protection mechanism to put things back in order!

We will return our Government back to prior 1913, prior to the beginning of the extortion with or without you! It is time to get the crooks out of Washington! We will not be safe until the IRS is gone and there are no lobbyists. I don’t care if the President becomes a tour guide! Today, we start the restoration of our Constitution.

The only check point left to protect us from our Government is “We The People”. This will never happen again. One basic test, if it involves hiring someone for the government, if it involves taxing something so that someone or some organization can benefit, then it will not be allowed.

I have never been charged with a crime, nor have I not paid my taxes, but today, it changes! We will remain a sovereign nation; we will not be part of a New World Order. Tell Soros to take a hike! Send his sorry carcass to China! If the US Military is paying attention, they need to do their job and rid us of these Communists, Socialists, and Marxist before it is too late! IT STOPS TODAY!

Therefore, from this day forward:

• I will support the “Fair Tax” to cover the obligations of the Federal Government as dictated in our Constitution (Military) and to fulfill current obligations to Social Security and Medicare. Once the obligations have been met, those programs will no longer be funded. This will leave us with the basic foundation of our original Government.

• I will not support: The IRS: I will no longer file and submit a 1040 IRS Tax Form. If our Founders intended for us to have an income Tax, we would have had it from the beginning. I will pay my fair share to the State of Georgia. I will make sure that I have met my obligations to the State, but as far as Federal Mandates go, the State of Georgia will have to resolve those issues locally. No form of distribution of wealth will be tolerated on the individual or State level! It is time for the States to develop a back bone!

• I will no longer support the Federal Government’s Social Security and Medicare Programs. I am requesting all funds paid in my behalf and my wife’s be returned with interest. I will be requesting that payment be made in ‘gold’ coin. I will expect the State of Georgia to provide a Retirement Trust Fund similar to the Counties in Texas that opted out of Social Security, Medicare back in the 1980’s.

• County Government: All illegal aliens and their ‘anchor’ babies will have to leave the country. Sorry, I will no longer pay taxes for these people. You can build an “Ellis Island” on the border and they can return legally if the Americans will not do the job! But all illegal aliens will have to go. It has been done before. Check your history! They are not citizens and in the end the local governments have to deal with this issue. The local governments will have to start doing their job, no excuses. If you need assistance, I suggest you contact Sheriff Joe in Arizona and learn how to do your job!

• Church. They have been neutered by the current tax code. The founding fathers intended for the Church to actively keep watch on the Constitution. But apparently, like the crooks in Washington, they too are complicit. You would think that with all of the politicking going on that they would have traded their tax exemption status to protect the lives of the unborn. No, they rather build large buildings and claim to be righteous. Bill Bright, founder of Campus Crusade was right; the Church could use a kick in the pants! The members of the church break the laws like the unchurched. They are like those of the Church of Laodicea.

Since, I have yet to receive any known direct funds from the Federal Government programs; I do not see that it will be a problem. I’ve been paying these extortion fees my whole life. In the long run, this should help with the debt issues the Federal Government has at this time. If you have trouble obtaining the cash, I suggest that you contact George Soros and Michael Moore for a loan. A matter of fact, you have my permission to take everything they own. I hear there are some trailers down in New Orleans that no one will live in.

I may reconsider my actions going forward, if I can see some evidence that the extortionists will actually give everything they own away and join hands!

Until then, I will be sending this letter to my friends, my family, and complete strangers, to encourage them to also no longer file the 1040 Income tax forms and stop supporting the corrupt Federal Government!

You have a choice, you can lock me up, which will be stupid, because, then you will not get any State taxes……. I will get free room and board. I am just saying…. That would be a great way to show how we are “free”, to get locked up for working! If you do lock me up, send me down to Sheriff’s Joe’s tent prison in Arizona. It would be honor and a privilege to meet Sheriff Joe in Arizona, even if I have to wear pink underwear and share the gospel with a bunch of Mexicans in a tent, you see, the Constitution does not give you the right to take anything from me and give it to someone else. It is my prerogative to make that decision.

Buying golf carts, cell phones, and cars for people (encouraging them to go in debt), stealing my money, propagating schemes like Global Warming, is not part of it! It is your responsibility to protect me from this kind of [expletive removed]!

I am tired of the corruption, the cronyism, the disruption of our political process by the Communist/Marxists/Socialist that got their start in 1913. It is not about the money, it is about my grandkids and their future as an American!

Again, Senator Chambliss, I would like to thank you and our Georgia Representatives in Congress for supporting conservative principles. My complaint is not necessary about you guys, but it is about the out of control Federal Government! Apparently, you can’t fix it. The political process has been hijacked, and this idea that you can meet these Communists/Socialists/Marists half way is not working.

I am finished; I have had all I can take. The IRS has to go and we need to shrink the Federal Government back down to its original 5% of GDP. This is not negotiable!

What I want you to do, is share this with the rest of the corrupt idiots in Washington, Tell them, they can take their corruption, their communist policies, their divisive leadership based on race, religion, and wealth envy, and shove it!”

I am not trying to avoid taxes! I am not protesting! I am not hiding my intentions! I am telling you and the others in DC, that I will no longer support this Federal Government! I will only accept the repeal of the 16th amendment! I believe with all of my heart and soul that this one amendment alone is the root of all our nation’s problems! That is why it was not part of our Constitution when our country was formed!

WE THE PEOPLE are coming to get their country back. I’d rather be poor and free, than live in Tyranny!

Here’s another idea, tell them, to create a 1040FedSocMedOptOut form and give the people a choice! If there ideas are so grand, then what do they have to fear?
