Roundup: Graham faces tea parties
* Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) met with tea-party activists to hear their grievances against him Wednesday, the Post and Courier reports. Conservative activists heavily protested the lawmaker this summer, with one even burning an effigy of Graham.
* AFL-CIO is using Labor Day weekend to get its base of union members ready for November elections. The "Labor 2010" campaign will include events in more than 200 cities, the Huffington Post reports.
* Protesters of the proposed mosque near Ground Zero are planning a rally on September 11, a move that has earned them criticism from Democrats and Republicans alike, according to the Hill.
* The Orange County Register profiles a local activist who has been working on gay rights and women's rights issues.
