Roundup: DADT protesters arrested

* Three activists who oppose the Don't Ask Don't Tell military policy were arrested after two handcuffed themselves to the White House fence, ABC 30   reports. They were protesting President Obama's slow action on repealing the law.

* The Los Angeles Times   writes that President Obama praised a bipartisan immigration plan   laid out by Sens. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) Friday, just two days before an immigration rally in Washington, D.C.

* While most industries are nervous about federal regulations of greenhouse gases, automakers want the federal fuel economy standard to remain in place, CQ   reports. The car manufacturers oppose Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) and others who are trying to stop the E.P.A. regulations.

* President Obama has delayed his trip to Asia as Congress gets ready for a Sunday vote on health care. The Washington Post   lays out the changes in the latest $940 billion plan.
