Roundup: Obama moves on immigration

* Immigration activists are planning to rally in D.C. March 21 to pressure Democrats into action, the New York Daily News   reports. President Obama has vowed to have a bipartisan bill by then, Roll Call  adds.

* Anti-war protester Cindy Sheehan plans to set up a tent city at the Washington Monument next week to draw attention to the similarities between Presidents Obama and Bush's military policies, the Toronto Starreports.

* Sen. Christopher Dodd (D-Conn.) plans to introduce a financial regulation bill without the bipartisan backing he had advocated. "We need to move along," he told the Associated Press.

* All eyes are on the House after Democrats sent their health bill to the Congressional Budget Office for scoring. There could be a reconciliation vote next week, but it's unclear whether 216 members will vote for it, CQ  reports.
