Roundup: Capitol Police arrests activists
* Capitol Police is charging three Greenpeace activists with unlawful conduct for demonstrating in a Capitol building, the Associated Press reports. The conservationists were carrying balloons linking Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) to oil companies.
* Murkowski, who has been leading the push to stop the White House from regulating greenhouse gases , questioned EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson during a hearing Monday, the New York Times adds.
* Conservatives who oppose the health care overhaul plan to use television and radio ads, phone calls, and in-person visits with their neighbors to turn public opinion against the Democrats' plan, according to the Kansas City Star.
* Advocacy groups want married gay soldiers to have access to the same spousal benefits as others if Don't Ask Don't Tell is repealed . The Washington Times reports on the laws standing in their way.
