* A health care advocacy group is putting a face on the debate this week by bringing sick, uninsured Americans to meet with lawmakers, according to the Medford Mail Tribune .

* As Democrats try to push the health care overhaul through, lobbyists and interest groups are having trouble shaping the bill's outcome. Roll Call   reports that the budgetary aspect of reconciliation   makes it difficult to influence.

* Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) seeks a public summit -- like the one on health care -- on the proposed consumer finance protection agency that he favors but that other Democrats are willing to drop, CQ   reports.
