The release of the president's annual budget is a sight to see.
Every year when the president sends his annual budget to Congress, local and national media gather to get the first pictures of the massive blue books.
It's always a sight to see, with dozens of photographers and cameramen lining up for the shot as staffers guide boxes of the budget books through the Senate halls on an electric cart.
