Four U.S. senators shared their thoughts on climate change Tuesday.
As the Senate prepares to debate creating an open market for carbon emissions permits , Sens. Ben Cardin (D-Md.), Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) and George Voinovich (R-Ohio) spoke at the Climate Change Conference 2009 Tuesday morning.
The conference was sponsored by the CQ-Roll Call Group, owner of Congress.org.
