Assemblyman Jim Tedisco has reported to CBS6 that tax payers have been footing the bill for sexual harassment claims including one against Assemblyman Vito Lopez. The cost has been in the hundreds of thousands.
Why are these people not on the sex offender registry? These are sex crimes. Since the registry is civil then civil cases should be on the registry. If it protects one person or child from future attacks by these criminals, isn't it worth it? We have a right to know who these sexual deviants are, where they live, what they look like and where they work.
Why are the taxpayers paying for their crimes? Shouldn't it come out of their own pockets if they are not being incarcerated?
