Subject:
STOP THE FCC

To:
Rep. John Boccieri
Sen. Sherrod Brown

December 22, 2010

Please do everything within your power to STOP THE FCC from implementing their new rules and regulations for the Internet later today.

I do not want my freedoms taken away by the FCC, concerning my use of the Internet. I also do not want my First Amendment rights attacked by the United Nations.

The Obama administration feels that they have the right to regulate what I can and cannot do, what I can and cannot say, and what I can and cannot see on the Internet.

I totally disagree with these rules and regulations by the FCC that are being decided on within hours.

Please help to STOP this government intrusion!

Freedom and openness should continue to be the governing principles of the Internet. Already, three federal judges, in three different cases, have ruled that the Internet deserves the same First Amendment freedom of press as printed material.

Possibly following the "lead" of our own power hungry FCC, the United Nations now threatens Internet freedom.

I demand a Congressional Investigation into the Constitutionality of what the FCC and the UN are proposing for the Internet.

Thank you for your time and for your consideration,

Canton , OH
