NO MORE DESCRIMINATION BY MISSOURI DIVISION OF FAMILY SUPPORT
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH MISSOURIANS UNITED FOR EQUALITY
My children and I have been descriminated against every since my husband's ex-girlfriend sued him for child support on a fourteen year old girl after she and her husband was in a bitter divorce and he had custody of her. The mother then requested a DNA test and the judge in the divorce case found her able to work and ordered her to pay for the test and on the day she was to pay for it she didn't show up for court so the judge issued a warrant for her arrest then amazingly she provided them some cash. My husband and I had been married 5 years when all this started and we had our own 5 year old daughter who they wouldnt even take into consideration and further more they grabbed my daughters earned income tax credit for child support. Why would anyone wait fourteen years for child support? Plus there was another man's name on the birth certificate. There is suppose to be a statute of limitations on proveing someone is father but even lawyers here in Missori let us know the rules donot apply to THE MISSOURI DIVISION OF FAMILY SUPPORT . I was under the misguided notion I lived in the United States I guess not. I have tried for help through the Justice Dept in Washington DC,who transfered my complaint to the Dept of Health and Human Services who said they didnt have juristiction over this type of complaint who does??? Descrimination runs rampant and they play pass the buck while my children suffer because someone committed fraud then an agency started descriminateing against my child .I can't believe this can happen in the United States. I thought Missouri was a great state but I wish I could leave and take my family to a state that believes in equality.
