H.R. 3962 - Not so Affordable

You may be the last hope for this great nation of ours. H.R. 3962 - Affordable Health Care for America Act – Is quite possibly the worst written proposed legislation ever. After taking the time this weekend to read this bill, I must concur with the assessment written in the Wall Street Journal - The Worst Bill Ever, Sunday November 1, 2009. This Bill contains; 1) no incentive for personal responsibility and healthy lifestyle. 2) no tort reform. 3) no corruption prevention or safeguards. 4) no provision to establish cost control through free market competition. 5) no guarantee that this legislation would be self sustaining without the support of taxpayer dollars. 6) no common sense. Please contact your representatives in congress and ask them to vote against passage of this H.R. 3962 or any hybrid of this abominable bill. National security, fiscal responsibility and preservation of our Constitution should be their utmost concern as a Representative of Congress of the United States of America. Our children and children’s children are depending on you. No Government Health Bureaucracy. No Public Option. No ultra-glorified welfare cradle to grave money laundering schemes if I must put it in plain English. Thank you for your time. Now go do the right thing.
