Should Congress back 'card check' bill?

With Al Franken giving Democrats their 60th vote in the Senate, some are renewing talk of pushing the labor-backed "card check" bill.

S. 560 would allow unions to organize with a signed form instead of a secret ballot.

Supporters say it would make it easier for workers to join and form unions, while opponents say it would leave them vulnerable to intimidation from labor leaders.
