STOP!! CONGRESS does NOT have the POWER to FORCE anything down AMERICAN citizens' throats!! RE: United States CONSTITUTION, Article 1 Section 8 . . .

YOU, Congressmen, DO NOT have the POWER to force ANYTHING down our throats!!
Powers NOT specifically delegated to the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT...are RESERVED to the STATES!!!
(Are you comprehending this????? Why on EARTH do you think is was enumerated in the CONSTITUTION? BECAUSE our FOREFATHERS had the insight to KNOW that the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, left without restrictions, would by nature, SEIZE CONTROL over EVERY aspect of our lives!!!! So, our FOREFATHERS, set the LIMITS, specifically laid out in the United STATES CONSTITUTION!!!!)
Article 1 Section 8 of the United STATES CONSITIUTION spewcifically lists the "Powers Granted to Congress"..... and NO WHERE does it say anything about "Healthcare"!!! So Hands off!!!! CONGRESS... you have no CONSTITUTIONAL Authority to do this!!!!!
Eighteen areas of listed here in Article 1 Section 8 of the United STATES CONSITIUTION...... and "medical care" is NOT ONE of them!!!
You see, our FOREFATHERS KNEW that Congressmen/women would naturally be desirous of POWER over the PEOPLE that THEY represented, and our FOREFATHERS KNEW that they needed to list the areas that CONGRESS could meet and discuss, and make laws about. The AREAS are specific. ANY not mentioned in this Section 8 and RESERVED to the STATES!!!
STATES are SOVERIGN over their own land!! STATES have the powers not SPECIFICALLY enumerated in the Constitution to the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. STATES are SOVERIGN. STATES make most laws and decisions affecting them.
(STATES have the RIGHT to REFUSE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT aid, etc. Remember..... if states accept Federal help/assistance then.... the STATES must accept the CONDITIONS IMPOSED upon them by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. i.e. EDUCATION: with all Federal Funds comes REGULATIONS, and REGULATIONS, and more REGULATIONS.)
STATES do have the RIGHT to REFUSE..... FEDERAL Monies, etc. If it's not within the POWERS expressly given to the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT..... then the POWERS ARE RESERVED to the STATES!!!!
CONGRESS does NOT have the AUTHORITY to impose ANY KIND of NATIONAL HEALTHCARE upon the STATES!!!!
STATES are SUPREME in any matter not specifically ENUMERATED in Article 1 Section 8 of the United States Constitution.
Ammendment 10 to the United States CONSTITUTION clearly SPEAKS of STATES RIGHTS!!!!!
May I suggest that you member of Congress, and YOU, Mr. President, just take a few hours or days, and actually READ, the United States CONSTITUTION???
You, Power Hungry folks in D.C. have NO AUTHORITY to deal with Healthcare! But, if you continue to go down this path, WE STATES will CHALLENGE this as VIOLATION OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION!! Specifically Ammendment 10, and Article 1 Section 8.
YOU elected representatives ARE NOT ABOVE THELAW!!!
YOU elected officials MUST ABIDE by the Unites States CONSTITUTION!!
