Dear Sirs:
I am adamantly opposed to any health care plan you propose in which you EXCLUDE yourselves. You ARE NOT above the People.
How will you pay for this fiasco?? You still have NOT answered that question. There is NO SUCH THING as deficit neutral when Congress is involved.
Perhaps if you had to abide by the same social security, retirement, pension, and taxation that you deem appropriate for your EMPLOYERS (the American PEOPLE), we would see a remarkable difference in the way things are done.
Automatic raises??? Give them up.
Salary for life? Give it up.
Social security? Pay in and receive that as your retirement.
Medicare? Have that health plan as your own and then see how well your government takes care of you.
ONLY when you rid yourselves of your "elitist" mentality will the American people see anything positive come out of Washington.
