I think it is outrageous that you are giving even more credit, when the poor people who took advantage of your first $7500 credit have to pay it back. They took the government on its' word, never imagining that it would be stuck to them by taking it, and not waiting for the following year. Some of them could just as well waited. Those who got the credit of $8000 don't have to pay it back. Now you are going even further. Be compassionate, and let those who started the housing "boom" not have to pay it back. It would only be the fair thing to do!! I am 77 years old, so this has no personal advantage to me, but believe in justice.
