America's Affordable Health Choices Act

To:
Rep. Frank LoBiondo

November 6, 2009

Dear Congressman LoBiondo,

I am writing to ask that you please vote "NO" on the upcoming Affordable Health Care for America Act - H.R.3200. This 2000 page bill adds more complexity into the health care delivery system for practitioners and consumers alike. There are many good things about the current entitlement health care programs in Medicare and Medicaid but they also have many areas for improvement before there is another bureaucratic layer of health care in the form of a government run public health option.
Funding such an option should not be forced on employers and the general public when there are millions of dollars lost yearly in the fraud and deceit in the Medicare and Medicaid systems, monies lost to providing care under already existing government run programs.
As a health care professional for over 35 years, I support health care reform; however not in the form of this 'rush to judgment' H.R. 3200 bill.

Thank you for your time.
