REPRESENTATIVE Mark S. Kirk,
Please be advised that I find fault with many of the loop holes for limiting healthcare to the elderly by discrimination by cause of age, by allowing them to charge higher rates according to age.
This 'To provide affordable, quality health care for all Americans and reduce the growth in health care spending, and for other purposes, bill is H.R. 3962, and should not be allowed to represent " fair an equal health services for Americans" as discrimination against our older citizens who have faught and served our countries in many ways including their hard earn funds that provided the materials and monies need to make us a world leader.
Please help to defeat this H.R. 3962, as not up to America's standards of
equal treatment for all citizens.
