I understand the Senate gave final approval to this $32.3 billion bill funding the Department of the Interior, Environmental Protection Agency and related agencies for the 2010 fiscal year. The record shows you voted NO for this measure that ultimately passed
It is not clear why you voted against these appropriations, but I commend you for taking a stand against profligate, unconstitutional growth in the size and reach of government.
