Mr. President,
You said about AARP, "This is no small endorsement They know it's a good deal for our seniors."
Sorry, sir. I don't think you are getting the facts. Because they are endorsing this healthcare farce, AARP has been losing members. It is a money-making machine. I dropped out after 19 years.
You also mentioned the AMA's endorsement. What about this from Today's Hospitalist?: "Membership in the AMA has shrunk to less than 19% of practicing physicians—and some organizations estimate that the actual number is lower than that".
We, the people are watching and listening. What we hear and see is not a utopian system in the future, but by the grace of God, we shall do all we can to keep this great country the "land of the free".
