Hello Senator Kohl,
I just want to express again that national health care must not cover abortions. In fact,there must be language to specifically state that abortion will not be covered by national healthcare and that there must be a conscience clause included in the actual healthcare bill. Please vote no for the "closed rule" for H.R. 3962.
