Dear Mr. Issa,
Please vote NO on the "closed rule" for H.R. 3962. I urge you to allow a vote on the Stupak Amendment. Health care of any sort should never include the ability to kill one's own child. I cannot believe that is even necessary to ask the government to to fund it or allow such actions to be funded in any form. I'm sure I do not have to tell you this, because I know what you stand for. Thanks for continuing to stand up for the right to life!
