Our household of four voting constituents are FIRMLY AGAINST THE OUTRAGEOUS OBAMA/PELOSI/DEM HEALTH CARE BILL. Were they not listening this summer when our 'free' voices shouted NO government-run system, NO funding of abortions and NO coverage for illegals? I believe we live in a country where the majority voice is still the ruling voice. I also believe that we are a 'free' society with health care that is envied around the world. We want to remain 'free' to choose our manner or care, doctors, meds and level of care where ever WE feel is best. Doctors do not run the government so let us not allow the government to run the medical field.
Do not reinvent the entire health care system for a few, but rather, fix it for the majority with tort reform, portability and competition across state lines. This would make premiums affordable for those who WANT to be insured. The hard-working AMERICANS who fall on hard times due to job loss or medical issues have earned our consideration with respect to health care, but no FREE RIDES for those not deserving.
We are confident that you will represent our voices and vote NO on this absurd, nearly 2,000 page 'Worst Bill Ever,' reform and any form of "Public Option."
We, along with the rest of the country, are watching!!!
