i have a home loan green tree finance takes my payments, we qualify for the Presidents loan modification, but the one who holds the papers is a private investos who said he doesnt have to comply with the government. We do not want to loose our home. my husband works construction in vegas which will come to an end with city center, i work part time at K-Mart after the economery took my small cleaning business away. Please can you help us.
