Proposed Health Exchage Must Not Limit Choice

I am a constituent and am very concerned that HR 3962 which proposes to create an insurance "Exchange" as it is currently crafted requires that children's dental care be bundled with medical insurance policies and be sold only by a medical insurer. Currently 128 MILLION Americans representing 97% of the private dental insurance market have chosen to have stand-alone dental coverage and yet the House bill proposes that it would be a good idea to take this choice away from those using the Exchange?
I strongly urge you to reconsider this and as the Bill is debated, please ensure that this option of choice for stand-alone dental coverage is included in the final version of the bill.
