There is now pending in the United States Supreme Court the case of United States v. William J. Benson, Case No. 09-464.
After he disclosed a colossal government fraud, the government sued Benson, accusing him of making false statements. His evidence proving his statements were true was struck from the record as immaterial and irrelevant. This atrocious reincarnation of the Roman Inquisition has no place in America.
We the people demand a fair hearing of this case before the Supreme Court!
