Dear Senator Feinstein,
I appreciate hearing your opinion on healthcare reform. My concern is your misunderstanding my wishes as your constituent. I am not opposed to healthcare reform. I am opposed to the current proposed overhaul of the entire U.S. healthcare business on the false premise that it will provide affordable health care for all. First of all, none of the proposals cover all the truly needy and all prevent many from continuing to take care of their own needs.
I am glad you recognize the need to successfully meet need with reasonable cost. I will be delighted to see you honor your trust as a public servant by tossing out the Abominable Snowmen created by Pelosi and Bachaus and starting over with a greater respect for the people you represent. To accomplish this feat will go a long way towards eliminating the political elitist entitlement mentality that poses dire threat to our American Republic.
I am copying this response to the President and Senator Boxer to emphasize my respect for your responding directly to my concerns.
