Extending Unemployment Insurance Benefits

To:
Rep. Edolphus Towns

November 3, 2009

Dear Rep Edolphus Towns,

I wish to express my support for H.R. 3548 which would extend unemployment insurance benefits by 13 weeks in states with high unemployment rates. It is important to maintain the welfare of the people and prevent the bad economy from harshly affecting these well intentioned citizens. Our citizens intend to work for their livelihood but, where are the jobs for them? I appreciate your time and effort.
