1. Resolution 867 on the UN's Gaza war crimes report is flawed, and I urge you not to support it
2. Please support the President's position that Israel and the Palestinians must hold credible and independent investigations to consider evidence of war crimes in Gaza
3. The Resolution risks undermining the process of international justice which are so important for the US and the world on wider international human rights issues such as Darfur, Bosnia, Burma and Rwanda.
