Dear Congressman Issa: I think it a serious flaw in your ability to properly represent the people who live and vote in the 49th congressional district when you join only 31 other "representatives" in voting against Small Business Financing and Investment Act of 2009.
389 other members of congress can't be wrong in their support of this much needed legislation. With the economy in the tank, small business is our best hope for recovery. Why then do you kick small business while they are down?
