Rep Price, the Bill Chairperson Pelosi has crafted will cut benefits to seniors and only benefit 2% of the uninsured. Please consider an outreach initiative to simply expand the VA facilities to non veterans since the infrastructure is already in place. The incremental capacity expansion required to accomodate the uninsured will be much more efficient than the damage to the open market competition that can be created among private insurers.
