I am tired of having a bunch of Progressive Socialist Democratic Elitists trying to take away my freedoms and liberties and dictate as by tyrants in Washington DC to me. You say the 9th and 10th Amendments mean nothing well we will see about that very soon. Senator Warner and Webb along with Representative Conolly Voted yes to having the Hat Crime Bill push through attached to the Defense Appropriation Bill as they and their Corrupt Bosses knew it could never be passed on it own, well say goodbye to your offices Senator Webb and Rep Connolly as in the next election we are going to give you the boot because you did not represent the constitutients but only the corrupt party bosses. Today I will vote to rid the State of Virginia of the Progressive Socialist Democrats and this is just the start Thursday I will be in Washington to protest the tyrants Healthcare Bill,. I will vote out Progressive Socialist Democrats in 2010 and 2012 and then we will investigate all that have broken their sworn oaths of office to protect and uphold the US Constitution and then we will punish them by stripping them of any government annuities and criminally prosecuting them and taking away their US Citizenship and kicking them out of this country they betrayed.

Amends the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act to prohibit a person from possessing a firearm unless that person has been issued a firearm license under this Act or a state system certified under this Act and such license has not been invalidated or revoked. Prescribes license application, issuance, and renewal requirements. You will no longer be able to hand down a firearm to your child or grandchild without involving the government. It allows the government to come into your house and inspect where and how you keep your weapons IN YOUR HOME! to ensure that nobody under the age of 18 can get to them. You will be fingerprinted and photographed and submit your social security number and all your medical psych records for scrutiny to enable you to purchase a firearm along with a fee of course. This bill is nothing more than a subversion of the 2nd amendment. "The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed"
It sure sounds like a huge infringement to me.
