The last Unemployment check I received was on 9-22-09. Since that time I have had ZERO INCOME. The bills keep coming for health care appointments, for utilities, for groceries, for car repairs, and various other household expenses. Why is Congress dragging their feet and playing their Washington political games when so many families are suffering? We did not benefit from "The Bailout." The banks and financial institutions got all the money then they raised the interest rates on our accounts. My Citi Bank Mastercard interest rate is now at 29.99%. Is that fair? It is time NOW for the Senate to step up to the plate and do what is right and do it today. Even after the bill passes, it will be weeks before it processes through the Unemployment system. Still No Income. No savings. No 401K. Everything is gone. That is how us American Veterans are being treated in America. Forgotten again just like the second class citizens that we are, right?
