End the Mexico City policy

Please end the Mexico City policy by approving the provision that will write into law a prohibition on withholding foreign assistance to groups that provide contraception and counseling on reproductive rights, including abortion.
The overwhelming poverty in Latin America is mainly due to over human production. The permanent repeal of this law will allow this region to eventually control its poverty level.
