I ask you with no reservation to leave the abortion issue OUT of aid to foreign issues. Enough back-and-forth.
I'm sure we'd all rather have legalized abortion, with or without counseling, than risk losing both mother AND child to dirty knives in back alleys, and kitchens AND substantial charges for it! STAY THE COURSE!
