Subject:
Limit the amount of foreign workers allowed to work for each company including contractors

To:
Rep. Dave Reichert

November 2, 2009

I think it's time the US Congress & Senate limit the amount of foreign workers US companies can bring to the US to work and penalize them for taking jobs/starting work in other countries. Microsoft constantly brings workers here from India to work as contractors and this shouldn't be happening when Americans can't find work. I have a Bachelors degree with a concentration in Computer Information Systems and I know there are other qualified workers here in the US. The reality is Microsoft and other companies can always pay foreign workers less than American workers because foreigners want to come here. Please limit the percentage of workers allowed to work for a company in the USA INCLUDING contractors to know more than 5% or so. This will quickly employ American workers at American companies which is what should be happening! This would help fix unemployment.
