To the DECEPTIVE CZAR: No wonder EVERYBODY THINKS YOU WANT TO BANKRUPT OUR NATION...YOU FUND 100 MILLION $ TO A plan with a 23% success rate...

You want to give a 100 MILLION $ INCREASE to your ACORN CRONIES AND other non profit organizations to PROVIDE counseling for home buyers. The government did a study and this program has a 23% success rate. The is a breeding ground for MORE CORRUPTION! These people can go to a loan officer and find out for FREE if they can afford to buy a home. You have the audacity to fund this kind of $ to a counseling program so the government can convince these people to buy homes only to lose them to the government? This is exactly how home owners got into trouble in the first place because the GOVERNMENT INSTRUCTED THE LENDERS TO GIVE LOANS TO PEOPLE WHO COULD NOT AFFORD THEM. Now the government (YOU) are doing this all over again. Didn't you confiscate enough homes with the last wave?
Funding for this program, which HUD is unable to show proof that it works, spent 65 million last year alone on this program. You call for an increase of 52% (an additional 100 MILLION DOLLARS) to counsel people to buy homes that they can't afford.
NO WONDER EVERYBODY THINKS YOU ARE DELIBERATLY TRYING TO BANKRUPT US! I guess ACORN hasn't done enough DAMAGE to this country! Do you OWE THEM POLITICAL FAVORS OR SOMETHING?
