Shame on you....

To:
Sen. Herbert Kohl

November 2, 2009

Shame on you for violating your oath of office. You swore you would uphold the constitution. If you vote for the "health care bill" you have violated he constitution, In fact any legislation you vote on that give the federal government more power that then states, means it is in violation of the constitution. The power rest in the hands of the states. Where does the constitution state we are to take care of everyone and give money away? It's doesn't!!! I know you can state the "general welfare" part but no matter how much you want to stretch things you and I both know it never meant to be a hand out. Stop extending handout program beyond what America can handle.

By the way, the government has NEVER created ANY program that saved America money. So, what make you think national health care can be run better by the government? What make you think the system is broke enough to fix AND what makes you think your fix will NOT break it worse than it already is???

You need to always ask this question:
Will the fix I am proposing break something worse than the current situation?
