Health Care Refofrm

Rep. Sam Graves

November 1, 2009

Please do not vote for the current health reform bills. As a nurse, I can see that some reform is necessary, such as allowing health insurance companies to compete across state lines and allowing individuals to buy said insurance in the same way we purchase car insurance, not always dictated by our employer. Also tort reform would help reduce costs. Find ways to cut the fraud in Medicare to reduce costs. Most of my coworkers, nurses and doctors, do not want government run healthcare. Government is meant to protect and do what is best for the whole, not take over what should remain private business, including banks and car companies.
