I respect you as an American. How unfortunate that approx. 300 million people are ruled by approx. 600 people in Washington DC.
When will WE THE People Make THE LAW and Vote On THE LAW?
In today's World, technology has made it possible for people to do just what is being ASKED in this question. As it stands, We the people are weak and have been depowered instead of empowered.
