I got a letter just the other day from my heart dr. telling me they have merged with a company that will provide the tests that I need and when I come in I might have to pay 2 co-pays if I have tests AND, that I would have to satisfy TWO DEDUCTIBLES. That's a 100% increase in my out-of-pocket in one swipe of a pen.
Palosi's bill is more of the same; status quo. We voted against the status quo last November and I suppose everytime we get a chance we'll have to do it again and this Administration and Congress is status quo.
So, 2 for 2: Frank's bill is a bust and so is Palosi's.
