October 29, 2009

INSTEAD OF HAVING A PROCESS OF PAYING "UNEMPLOYMEN BENEFITS" HOWEVER A NATIONAL WORK PROGRAM OF "EMPLOYEED WITH BENEFITS".
I SUGGEST TO BOOST EMPLOYMENT WE MOVE TOWARD SOME OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE WORK PROJECTS THAT FDR USED TO MOVE THE COUNTRY OUT OF THE GREAT DEPRESSION OF THE 1930'S. THE "WPC / CCC" TYPE PROGRAMS FOR THE CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED WOULD NOT ONLY ASSIST THOSE IN NEED OF WORK BUT ALSO THE END RESULTS COULD PROVIDE AN ASSIST FOR OUR CITIZENS BY PROVIDING A WORKFORCE THAT COULD BUILT HOUSING FOR KATRINA VICTIMS; LOW COST HOUSING FOR SENIORS ACROSS THE COUNTRY, WE COULD EVEN USE THIS WORKFORCE TO BUILD A SECURE SOUTHERN BORDER.

THE MAJORITY OF THE UNEMPLOYED WANT WORK OPPORTUNITIES AND NOT HANDOUTS.
