Why are you trying to pass a health care? Instead of fixing the problems you only want to make it into a plan where by only you in congress get medical coverage. NO to any type of government control in this. Look at MA. And see how well your plan is not going to work. In MA cost are going up and you have to tax everything to even start to pay for this. Look at Texas where the free market was allowed to work and see how it rally is done. Works fine, cost are down and no rationing for us seniors. You need to fix Social security and Medicare first not more deficit spending. I don't care what you say no government program has not been at least two to three times what you all said and this is just the start.
