Please vote in favor of H.Res. 865. Although 350 parts per million is not enough, this house Bill stipulates that figure.
Most people in the United States are not thinking ahead on the environment, and because of this shortsightedness, we are headed for a crisis of pandemic proportions. It is coming! It will be here sooner that you think unless the congress wakes up.
