H.Res. 847
To: Rep. John Tanner
October 27, 2009
Please support this resolution. Congress is a representation of the people, there is no justification for making discussion of any business that effects the people to be held behind closed doors. Except for items of a national security issue of course. But meetings about this current healthcare situation need to be open and above board. Remember, if it effects us and we are paying for it, we better darn well be able to see what we are getting. The only reason I can think of for the current leadership trying to hurry this legislation through, is the need to insure that insurance companies will be out of business before the 2012 elections. If the insurance companies are gone, then their government run system will be impossible to overturn in 2012. At least they think so, they might have a surprise coming in 2010.
