The United States of America is under Attack!
The obama administration, and the "obama bureaucrats" are the Enemies of
American Freedoms, Rights and Liberties and should be
removed from office and charged with the following:
Article VI - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths
All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

Subject: 10-27-9 Pelosi-Reid-Obama Approach to Health Insurance Reform
Representative Boehner:
HR 3218 coupled with an expansion of Health Savings Accounts was a reasonable approach to reform the few problems in the nation's system of health insurance. HR 3218 was a manageable 24 pages in length. That approach is not what the Congress is attempting to undertake and the Obama Administration is attempting to rush through without a proper vetting.
The Congress and Obama Administration are determined to rush through thousands of pages in health insurance reform that is nothing less than a raping and ultimate destruction of the nation's system of health insurance not already under a government monopoly.
The 40 plus percent of the nation's health insurance already under government monopoly is not fairing well. Medicare is nearing insolvency with its Trust Fund raided of its cash reserves to serve other Congressional wishes. Medicaid is bankrupting state treasuries, and VA Health serves our veterans poorly.
Congress proposes to decrease Medicare funding by some $600 Billion while expanding those covered under Medicare and expanding Medicaid even further in an eventual drive toward a "single payer" system where government will have a complete monopoly over the nation's system of health insurance. In the process Congress intends to covert medical insurance from a "right" to an "obligation." Not having health insurance would subject an individual to a fine, or imprisonment for refusing to pay the fine. Employers would be similarly punished for not providing health insurance to employees.
Government recently announced "free" Swine Flu inoculations in the Cincinnati area. A news article and picture of people in a long line to received those inoculations is telling of the nation's health care should the Obama Administration be successful in rushing through the reform package currently working its way through Congress. Especially so that many of those in line were turned away because there was not a sufficient number of doses available to accommodate the assembled throng. Government doesn't do things well . . . simple look at Medicare, Medicaid and VA Health for proof of that axiom.
As expressed many times before, my representatives in the US Congress are urged to:
Vote "NO" to the Pelosi/Reid/Obama approach to health insurance reform,
Vote "NO" to the Pelosi/Reid/Obama Cap and Trade Tax,
Vote "NO" to increasing the national debt, already approaching $13 Trillion,
Vote "NO" to Trillion dollar deficits,
Vote "NO" to expanding the federal government, and
Vote "NO" to any Treaty which violates the Constitution of the United States
Vote "YES" to following Constitutional principles and Constitutional Restraints.
Given the potential destructive results of the Pelosi/Reid/Obama approach to health insurance reform, is there not a majority in the US Congress that can be depended upon to adhere to the US Constitution and follow their Constitutional Restraints? Must the nation be led over the cliff by ne'er do wells like Barney Frank, Pelosi, Reid and Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. before the states retake their Tenth Amendment Rights from the federal usurpers?
