Please vote AGAINST THE HEALTH CARE BILL. (1) We do not want the public option. Even if a state chooses not to participate, they will still be forced to pay public option bills, through their taxes. We call this taxation without representation.
(2) A public option will destroy private Health Insurance and we will be left with nothing but the Public Option. No private company can compete with a government program that can just increase taxes to address shortfalls.
(3) Medicare Advantage will be destroyed, which will give seniors no choice but to go back into Medicare, where there is no cap on the 20% out of pocket expenses.
Address medical liability problems first.
