Subject:
A08133A proposed bill

To:
Rep. John Hall

October 27, 2009

The Health Care workers of NYS are fully aware of this bill that is being proposed.

We KNOW that it is targeted at article 28 facilities and that if passed will then be another tool to Mandate the rest of the HCWorkers in NYS.

I was present at the emergency h1n1 hearings in NYC , it was clear to me that currently there is NO REAL EMERGENCY despite what mass media would like us to believe.

Tell me why the country is going against the 2005 WHO pandemic Manuel for pandemic influenza, and NOT testing every person that has a flu like illness.
The statistics are FLAWED...there are over 128 illnesses that can present with flu like illness (google it yourself)

To deny citizens the right to make an intelligent, informed decision about a year flu shot is unconstitutional!

The citizens of this country are WATCHING this very closely....The elected officials that try to run this legislation thru will LOSE their elected seat in the future...be assured of that.....

Were you not listening at the H1N1 meeting to what the "people: were saying? 55 speakers.......or did you have your mind made up already?

Very Very Sad!
