Please tell me, it ain't true! I just learned that welfare recipients get a free cell phone and 70 min(s) free calling per month and the taxpayer is paying for these bums. If this is true, "pack your bags" you're no longer a REPRESENTATIVE of mine!!!!!! I don't even own a cell phone and I'm paying for a bum that sits on his butt all day. How can any of us trust you with our tax money. I know of elementary children who manage their money better than you. Shame on you Marcy!
